Mr. and Mrs. Sanders was a happy couple. Like any other young couple, they both dreamed of getting their own house. It felt like their world was crumbling apart as the two thought of how their beloved home and their beloved dream of raising their family in the quiet suburban surrounding were shattered. So many worries came to mind. Where would they live now that their house would be taken away? They could not get another loan because their credit was hurt badly.

Then they learned about the new government bailout stimulus that affected the FHA housing loans. The first thing that Mr. Sanders did was to do a little internet research. He found out that FHA loans were perfect for them. FHA loans are government insured loans that are designed to give those with low income and less than perfect credit a fighting chance. It saved their family from the horror of being homeless.
