What can you see in the market at this moment are over flowing number of foreclosed properties that include condos with prices below than its original value.
In the areas that have very strong economic growth and with rapid development, a condo is a much better choice for investments. When compared to single-family homes, condos are good to invest since they have more facilities, amenities and 24/7 security, attracting more families and individuals. If you are an investor looking for bargain condos to rent out or to flip the foreclosure listings is the one to look out.
Where should I look for foreclosed condos?
No need to look for the newspaper classifieds to find it. Nowadays, searching properties like this is no longer a hard task to do especially with the internet, 5-10 minutes of searching will give you thousands of foreclosed condos for sale in your area. You can visit several listing websites that doesn't only offer property detailed description and information but as well photos and virtual tours in 3D view.
To save time in searching, make sure that you exactly know what you are looking for in terms of the price, the location, home style and features. Another good thing to watch out for foreclosed condo investors is that most sellers are willing to negotiate their list prices. Just make sure to visit the property yourself to see its actual condition or can hire a professional inspection to help you before making an offer.
Why to choose foreclosed condos?
Buying foreclosed condos are usually in favored of the buyers. They are certainly cheaper compared to regular homes for sale since the lender just only wants to recover the home owner's borrowed money. Lender will simply sell the property at the price equal to the foreclosure cost together with the mortgage balance for faster recovery. If lucky, sometimes you can find sellers that offer huge discounts.

What is better- Buying Foreclosure homes and fixing them to re-sell OR Investing in apartments or condos?
In other words... Which way will give me better cashflow and get me richer faster? THANKS FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE
From the research I've done, being a landlord sucks and it takes a while to get your money back unless you sell the place. you can pay a management company but that lessens your profits. And you have to keep the place rented to make money. Reselling properties may be a little riskier but there is a quicker turn around time.
